17th October Staff Training Afternoon The practice will be closed for the afternoon from 12pm on the 17th October for staff training. We will reopen at 8am the following day. For medical advice when the practice is closed -

  • When you think you need A&E, go to 111 online first. They’ll help you right away and, if needed, a healthcare professional will call you.
  • You can access NHS 111 online by visiting the website 111.nhs.uk
  • People with life-threatening illnesses or injuries should dial 999.
  • NHS 111 online makes it easier for patients to get the right advice or treatment.
  • NHS 111 online can make sure you access the most appropriate service for your health concern. If needed, NHS 111 online can direct you to an urgent treatment centre/walk in centre, emergency dental service, GP, pharmacy or another more appropriate local service.

Patients now need to submit an online form to request a doctors appointment. Please click on the green banner below which says 'contact us online' to request an appointment.  If you are unable to complete the form yourself, please call reception who will complete the form on your behalf.

Once the form has been submitted, the form will be triaged by the doctor and you will be contacted with an appointment suitable to the clinical need of your problem.

You can submit a form Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm. All forms submitted before 2pm will be triaged on the same day. Forms submitted after 2pm may be dealt with on the next working day.

For all other healthcare professional appointments such as a nurse, please ring our main switchboard number on 0113 2310626 and press option 1.
